This award celebrates companies that have engaged meaningfully with their customers to produce initiatives that demonstrate a measurable impact. This includes changing how consumers engage with energy and water use; changing behaviours to minimise water pollution or network issues; rolling out low-carbon technologies; and more.

Eligibility: Entries for this category must either be from a UK utility or in partnership with one
Entries for this award should show evidence of:
- Success in changing consumer behaviour, with a clear mission and measurable outcomes
- A wider commitment to sustainability and care for natural resources
- A way forward for the initiative which includes an impact on business as usual
- Tangible benefits for consumers, the environment, other stakeholders and the business itself
